We threw together a last minute camping trip and found a great new spot close to home, just up East Canyon. We did all the traditional camping things. I made a deep dish dutch oven pizza over the fire for the first time (I really should have taken a picture because it was gorgeous, but we were also pretty hungry). We played cards in the tent, and went on a nice little hike. Most important, we got nice and DIRTY!

Sammy looks like he has facial hair! Dirt and camping are the perfect combination.
