The End of an Era.

This past week we had some major life events occur in our family. Mike successfully finished his dissertation, defended his PhD (congratulations Dr. Harris, more on this to come), and we packed up and moved out of our first house. We could not have done this with out the help of so many of our family and friends. We even had a fun surprise at our destination which included welcome decorations and Colorado t-shirts for the whole family. Thanks to everyone on both ends. And the adventure continues as we look for a house in the Denver area where Mike starts his post-doc at DU. I'm hoping to revisit events of the past few months and flush out a few more details in future posts, as things have been a little bit of a whirl wind.
